Lose 22 lbs in 3 Weeks

You're visiting this page because you desperately want to know the easiest and natural way of losing weight quickly. I was also a hunter of websites that promise desirable trimming results in just a few days. For several months I kept looking and looking I even bought a DVD complete 30-minute workout so I could just move in the corners of my room and hope to sweat more , lose more. That moment when I forced my muscles to stretch was painful but I kept working out mixed it with jogging for weeks and all I said to myself was, “I don’t want to do this again”. I will surely do it but not on a weekly basis. I felt like it was twisting my neck until I could no longer breathe and move.

One day, the brightest idea lit on my dumbest head I never thought that losing weight could be as simply as hydrating and watching what I eat. Learning the basic needs of our body is necessary, the more we understand them the lesser it takes us to think of ways to harm our body. So I went out to a nearby supermarket and bought a pack of Quaker Oats Old Fashioned, a hand of banana and papaya, and a 2 liter water container. Back home, I kept a journal of my weight (during that time I weighed 143 lbs), an eating plan of 2 bowls a day – one for breakfast and another for dinner. This is crucial because oatmeal is enriched with fiber which is good for our body in removing toxins and keeping our digestion healthy. The plan included a strict acquiescence of water drinking. Wherever I go I always made sure I’m well hydrated by consuming 2 liters of water a day. By doing this I subjected myself to see the washroom more often. It’s annoying. But it’s rewarding when you see the results.

Eating in the middle of the day should be as important as hydrating our body. I balanced the daily diet with a cup of cooked rice, fish and vegetables (I eliminated pork, chicken, and beef from my diet because I pine for more rice when I eat them).  I repeated this for 3 weeks without enrolling to any exercise program and though it is hard to believe but I made it. I lost 22 lbs. I was so excited to record in bold the great “121 lbs”. To maintain this, I cut the number to one – one bowl of oatmeal a day. I don’t want to scare people with my bones.

Now it’s your turn, I know you can do it. At first, you want to give up and go back to the old habits but when you think of your own health and how you love to spend more time with your loved ones, your options slim down to healthy eating.
